Ikuko has been working with staff in the Libraries to provide Children’s Face Painting events during our Summer Reading Challenge, Diversity Month, and Half Term Holiday activities programmes. She designed imaginative characters to fit our specific requests, and carried out the painting and dealt with the children professionally. We booked her to provide activities at libraries across the borough, and she was always prompt and on time, came prepared, and cleaned and tidied the activity area afterwards. Her artistry was commendable, and all the children and parents gave very positive feedback concerning her painting and the way she connected to the children.
